.ERRDIFI         Case Insensitive Version of .ERRDIF                Directive

  .ERRDIFI <argument1>, <argument2>

     This directive is the same as .ERRDIF, except that it is case
     insensitive. It forces an error if the two arguments are different
     (case does not matter).
